What counts as a diagnosis?
A diagnosis is a full AI response to a home-repair question - describe the problem or upload a photo and Kablan tells you what's wrong, difficulty, and what you'll need. Follow-up questions in the same thread don't count as new diagnoses.
When do free diagnoses reset?
On a rolling 30-day window that starts with your first diagnosis. For example, if you use one on April 1st, your allotment refreshes on May 1st.
What happens when I run out?
Kablan lets you know in the chat and offers to start your 7-day Home Plan trial. You can still read your past diagnoses at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open your billing page and click "Manage subscription" to cancel or update payment through Stripe. If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged.
Is my payment info stored by Kablan?
No. Payment data is handled directly by Stripe. Kablan never sees or stores your card details.
